The Association. NBHA was started in September 1965 to plan, improve and market Nassau Bay. Our Association is responsible for 895 residences and 17 commercial sites. We as members of this association agree to abide by the deed restrictions and to pay our allotted share of the maintenance fees. These fees are used to support the administration, entities (block wall and entrance markers) and facilities (Marina and Swimming Pool on Nassau Bay Drive and the finger piers on Upper Bay Drive).

The administration is under the direction of five directors, each elected for 2 year staggered terms. Following are the names of the administration members.

Board Meetings. The Board meets every third or fourth Thursday each month at 6:00pm at the NBHA office to review monthly progress and the status of association business. During November and December the meetings are typically held on the 3rd Thursday of the month. Visitors are always welcome and heard first on the agenda. The meetings under the current administration are typically relaxed and although structured, are not overly formal.

Our next meeting will be held:

         Thursday, August 17, 2017

at 6:00 pm

This meeting will be located at Nassau Bay City Hall in the Council Chambers.

Deed Restrictions . The homes covered by the Nassau Bay Homes Association were built in several sections. The deed restrictions which ensure the continued value of the homes governed by the Association can be found on the Restrictions page. If you do not know the Section in which your home is located, see the Harris County Appraisal District web site.

The election results are in.
We would like to thank everyone for coming out to vote over the last couple of weeks! There was a really good turn out this year in deciding which candidates will fill the three positions this election cycle. The results are as follows:
Cory Baldwin - 52 votes
Rebecca Kadel - 52 votes
Phil Collins - 46 votes
Joe Murdock - 33 votes
Don Hollowell - 29 votes

A BIG thank you to all of our candidates for volunteering to give their time to help us keep this community the best on the bay.
So after the final tally, we will have two new members appointed to the NBHA Board of Trustees. A big congratulations to both Rebecca Kadel and Phil Collins on their nominations to be first time NBHA Trustees. Returning for another term, big congratulations go out to Cory Baldwin as well. All three offer a great deal towards the success of the NBHA moving forward into the coming years!
We also say a huge THANK YOU to both Joe Murdock (Exiting President) and Jerry Roth (Exiting Treasurer) for their service. Both have served back-to-back terms and have been vital to our success. So please join me in thanking them for their hard work and in wishing them all of the best in the future.
Our next Board meeting will be held on June the 15th at 6:00 pm. It is at this time that the "passing of the torch" will officially take place. Please feel free to join us in welcoming the new members and thanking the exiting members.
